You can purchase the catalogue for this Auction in advance by sending a cheque for £5.50 payable to ‘Solent Railwayana Auctions’, to 9 Wildern Close, Locks Heath, Southampton, SO31 7EZ.  Alternatively you can send a cheque for £16.00 for the next 3 issues of the catalogue.  Please give your full postal address and telephone number.

POSTAL BIDS

Postal bids must be with us by 12pm Friday before the auction. You may send a signed blank cheque payable to 'SOLENT RAILWAYANA AUCTIONS' with any limit noted (subject to terms and conditions no 6). Please remember the administration charge plus post and packing. Unsuccessful bidders will have their cheques shredded or returned if requested.

TELEPHONE BIDS

Telephone bids or Email bids can be made until 6pm Friday before the auction. Telephone 01489 574029 or Email nigel@solentrailwayana.com. You may use the answerphone.

To enquire about the success of bids you may telephone after 9am weekdays.

Please arrange collection/delivery within 14 days as a storage charge may be made after that time.

ITEMS FOR NEXT SALE

Please contact us if you wish to submit items for future auctions. Items can only be accepted at the discretion of Solent Railwayana Auctions as some items offered may not be suitable for this Auction. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to offer items in a saleworthy condition. Foreign and transport related items always welcome.

UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ACCEPT ITEMS AT THE AUCTION WITHOUT PRIOR AGREEMENT.
